We work to make mental wellness more accessible and effective by focusing on early prevention, innovation, and equity. Our goal is to create practical, evidence-based support that helps individuals, families, and our community partners thrive.
To transform mental wellness by fostering innovation, prioritizing early prevention and promoting equity using an evidence based approach. We aim to strengthen economic, health, and social outcomes by creating accessible, effective mental health solutions that support individuals and communities. Through collaboration and commitment to positive change, we strive to ensure that mental wellness is integral to a thriving, resilient society.
Creating a healthy and prosperous community by helping individuals and families build social connections, learn new skills, access community resources through system navigation, innovative programs such as arts and creativity
A safe and supportive virtual space where we explore meaningful topics and share experiences. Each session includes a guided discussion followed by an hour of peer support.

Mental Health Advocate for families, two time Canadian award winning journalist with a Mental Health focus, co-chair of Hurricane Fiona Benefit, Community Volunteer and noble community arts supporter through her promotion company in Newfoundland and Labrador.
